5. 集装箱安全
Container/trailer integrity must be maintained to protect against the introduction of unauthorized material and/or persons. 
必须保持集装箱/拖车的完整性，防止未经授权的材料和/或人员的进入。
5.1) Do you seal loaded containers with a high security seal that meets or exceeds the current ISO 17712:2010 (18MM) standards for high security seals? 
All seals must comply with the ISO 17712:2010 (18MM) seals standard See: www.autoid.org 
Do NOT use any seals that do not comply with this standard or look compromised 
You may deplete the current supply of your ISO 17712 Seals before changing over to the new ISO 17712:2010 
5.1）装载的集装箱上是否有极高安全性的符合或超过 ISO17712:2010 (18MM)标准的封条？
所有的封条必须遵守 ISO 17712:2010 (18MM) 封条标准。请登录 www.autoid.org 了解详情。
禁止使用任何不符合该标准或看起来受损的封条。

5.2) Do you have a written process that stipulate how the high security seals are controlled, affixed, recorded, tracked and verified? 
At the time of container booking, request instructions from BDA’s designated freight forwarder and / or the steamship line for proper container sealing procedures 
Prior to their use, inspect each seal to ensure they are original and have not been tampered
In the event of any damaged or improper seals, report these to the steamship line immediately 
All seals must be kept in a secure, locked location in the factory front office, and distributed by the factory’s designated 
supervisor responsible for the control of these seals 
Maintain a Container Seal Log to record the following & include on your Packing List 
Should any containers be damaged or in poor condition or contain unknown material, do NOT use these containers. Contact BDA’s freight forwarder immediately 
When the container is fully loaded, make sure the container seal is legitimate, and applied correctly by your own personnel, and that this seal is NOT broken all the way to the container yard. 
5.2）是否有书面的程序文件来规定高安全性封条的控制、安放、记录、追踪和确认过程？
在集装箱订舱时，要求 BDA 指定的货运代理和/或船公司给出指示以保证正确的集装箱封锁程序。
在使用前，必须检查每一个封条以保证其为原封且未被篡改。
封条若出现任何损坏或不当，应立即报告给船公司。
所有的封条必须放置在工厂总部安全上锁的地方，并由工厂指定的负责保管封条的管理人员来分发。
保持集装箱封条管理日志，以记录下列事项，并包括装箱单。
任何集装箱若有损坏、状况不好或包含未知材料，则禁止使用并立即联系 BDA 的货运代理。
当集装箱满载时，须确保集装箱封条正当的且由公司的员工正确使用，且该封条到集装箱堆场时一直完好无损。

5.3) Do you perform the seven point inspection of all export containers? 
For EACH container, perform these Seven (7) Points of Inspection PRIOR to container loading: 
1) Undercarriage: Support beams should be visible 
2) Inside / Outside Doors: Check to ensure locking mechanism has not been tampered. Rivets and bolts must be used as hardware. Check doors to ensure hollow spots are not covered. Look for repairs that may allow easy break-ins or access 
3) Right & Left Sides: Look for unusual or obvious repairs on the inside and outside, trap doors, covered blocks and vents. 
Verify measurements for correct interior dimensions
4) Front Wall: Same as Step iii 
5) Floor: Look for repairs. Floor should be flat without any rises. Verify measurements for correct interior dimensions 
6) Ceiling (Inside): Look for repairs, blocks and vents. Verify measurements for correct interior dimensions 
7) Roof: Check for repairs

6）天花板（内侧）：寻找修复处、暗格以及通风口，确认内部尺寸测量正确

5) Location of Container Loading – On Site or Off Site. If Off Site, indicate location. See # 7 
6) Date Container Departed Factory 
7) Date of Cargo Receipt at Container Yard 
5.4）贵公司是否保存集装箱封条管理日志？
日志记录应包括：
1）BDA.P.O.号
2）集装箱号
3）封条号
4）使用封条的人员姓名，封柜日期
5）集装箱装柜地点---厂内或厂外，如果是厂外，请标明位置。见第 7 节。

5.5) Does your facility provide for proper storage OFF SITE of empty and full containers/trailers/railcars to prevent unauthorized access? Do you ever store BDA product off site? Please explain.

Due to BDA’s large order volume and on-time shipment requirement, factories may need to produce the merchandise early, and store them off site until they are ready to ship. 
考虑到 BDA 订单数额巨大，并要求运输准时，工厂可能必须提早投入生产，并将产品储存在厂区外直到发货。
Any BDA merchandise and containers stored or loaded off site at some third-party location must be done at a facility with properly documented workers 
所有在第三方地点装载或贮存的 BDA 商品以及集装箱，必须由有文件备案的工人在一个场地进行操作。
Ensure that this off-site facility is completely secured, preferably with 24-hour security guard on site. If 24-hour security guard is not available, ensure alterative security system, e.g. alarms, surveillance system, good lighting, and guard dogs

This facility should be insured, with reliable and documented workers

Establish strict written procedures with proper documentation, including the following steps:

Each master carton is packed and sealed in your own supervised facility, and stored at or delivered to this off-site container loading facility by your own designated trucks and drivers 
a) 每个外箱需在你们的监控场所内进行包装和封口，然后由自己指定的卡车和司机将其贮存或是运送到该厂区外集装箱装载地。
A qualified, experienced employee must personally supervise the inspection of ALL empty containers, random inspections of the packed cartons, the ENTIRE loading process, and the final container sealing 
b) 一位合格且经验丰富的员工必须全程亲自监督检查所有空集装箱、随机查验已经包装好的紙箱、整个装载过程以及最后的集装箱封锁。
This off-site facility must comply with all points in this document. If not, do NOT use this facility

Prior to delivery to the container yard, double check to make sure that the container seal is not broken or tampered. If it is, open the container, inspect thoroughly, and re-seal in accordance with the instructions in this document 
请在集装箱拖运到集装箱堆场之前，再次检查以确保所有集装箱的封条完好无损或未被篡改。若封条有破损或被篡改，请打开集装箱，彻底检查，并根据该安全概要文件中的指示重新封锁集装箱。
