Legal Requirements 法律要求
Coach is committed to full compliance with all laws and regulations in the locations where thecorporation operates and conducts business, and will not knowingly operate in violation of anysuch law or regulation. Coach will not knowingly use suppliers who operate in violation ofapplicable laws and regulations.
Coach 会竭力遵守本公司经营及处理业务之地所有法律及法规,并不会故意违反任何该等法律及法规。 Coach 不会故意任用违反相关法律及法规的供应商。
Labor Contract 劳动合同
Service Provider/ suppliers must sign labor contract with employees at the time ofhiring.
供应商必须在聘用雇员之时签署劳动合同。
All labor contracts must specify the wage basis (such as piece-rate or hourly-rate).
所有劳动合同必须请楚说明工资基准(譬如计件或计时)。
Employment terms shall be those to which the worker has voluntarily agreed.
雇佣条款必须是员工自愿同意的。
All labor contracts must be authenticated by local Labor Department in the firstmonth ofemployment unless you obtain written confirmation that authentication isNOT required bylocal Government.
所有劳动合同必须在聘用第一月内由地方劳动部门鉴证,除非取得由当地劳动局书面证明合同不用鉴证。
An official copy of the labor contract must be provided to each employee.
必需提供各员工一份正本劳动合同。
Labor contracts shall be renewed immediately when they expire.
劳动合同期满必需立刻更新。
Probation Period 试用期
All new employees' labor contracts must specifythe probationary period, (ifapplicable).所有新员工的劳动合同必须例明试用期,(如适用)。
The length of the probationary shall be set in accordance with China Labor Laws.
试用期限应符合中国劳动法的要求。
Employees shall be communicated to and agree upon the length ofthe probationaryperiod prior to signing the labor contract.在签署劳动合同之前,雇员应给予说明并同意试用期限的设订。
Hiring Deposit 抵押金
Service Provider shall not in any form collect deposits, guarantee money or pledges1.from employees at the time of hiring or during the employment term.在员工聘用之时或在就业期间,供应商不应以任何形式收集押金,保证金或抵押啦。
Termination & Severance Pay 解除合同及补偿金
Termination procedures shall be in accordance with the relevant laws andregulations.
解除合同规程应与有关法律和法规符合。
Service Provider must provide the employee severance pay in accordance with theaws and regulations.供应商必须按照法律和法规,为员工提供遣散费。
Benefits 福利
All employees shall be entitled to paid/annual leaves when they work at the factoryfor one full year.所有在一个单位连续工作满一年以上的职工,可享受带薪年休假。
Regardingannual leaves, the employees are entitled to:在年假方面,员工应享有:
5-days paid annual leave after working with the enterprise for more than 1 yearand less than 10 years,休假时间按本企业工龄计算:工作满一年未满十年者5天;-10 -days paid annual leave for more than 10 years but less than 20 years己满十年不满二十年者 10 天;
-15-days paid annual leave for more than 20 years,已满二十年的 15 天;
国家法定休假日,休息日不计入年休假的假期
- National holiday, weekly rest day should not be included in the annual leaves
Social Insurances 社会保险
Due to the inconsistency ofthe Social Insurance policies in different cities/towns inChina, the following is the Coach standard for compliance with Social insurance inChina:
