达利公司期望其合作伙伴遵守以下条款和守则:

Child Labor
童工
High Fashion will not tolerable the use of child labor.
达利公司不允许以任何形式雇佣童工的行为。
High Fashion defines “child” as anyone who is less than 16 years of age or the compulsory age for school attendance, whichever is the greater.
根据达利公司的定义,“童工”是指年龄低于16周岁,或属于生产所在国所规定的完成义务教育基本年龄以下的劳工。 二者以龄较大者为准。
Employers must also comply with law on restrictions for workers under 18 years of age.
雇主同时必须遵守雇佣年龄在18岁以下劳工的相关法律和规定。

Working Hours
工作时限
Employers shall maintain reasonable work hours in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
雇主必须按照相关法律和规定制定合理的工作时限。
High Fashion favors employers who utilize less than sixty (60) hours workweeks, and will not use contractors who, on a regularly scheduled basis, require workers to work in excess of a sixty (60) hour week.
达利公司希望雇主将每周工作时间限于60小时以内。如果厂方长期要求员工每周工作超过60小时, 我们将有权终止与其合作关系。
Workers shall be allowed at least one day off in seven (7) days.
员工每周应该至少有一天休息时间。

Wages and benefits
工资和福利
Employers must pay wages and benefits to all workers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
雇主必须按照相关法律和规定为员工提供相应的工资和福利待遇。

Employers must pay workers for overtime work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
雇主必须按照相关法律和规定支付员工加班工资。

Prison or Forced Labor
监狱劳力或强制劳力
Employers shall maintain employment on a voluntary basis. There shall not be any use of forced labor, prison labor, indentured labor or any other form of compulsory labor.
雇主必须雇佣自愿劳力。不允许以任何形式使用强制劳力、监狱劳力、学徒工,或其他形式的非自愿性劳力。

Discrimination
歧视行为
Employers will not discriminate in hiring and employment practices on grounds of race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, social or ethnic origin, religious or political opinion.
雇主在雇佣及使用劳力的过程中不允许有任何形式的歧视行为,包括种族、性别、宗教、年龄、伤残、性取向、国籍、社会背景或民族出身、宗教或政治信仰等各方面。

Disciplinary Practices
纪律约束
All workers must be treated with respect and employers must not use corporal punishment or other forms of physical or mental coercion.
所有员工都享有被尊重的权利。雇主不得对员工采取任何形式的体罚行为, 或其它身体和精神上的强制措施。

Freedom of Association
结社自由
Employers shall recognize and respect the right of workers to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
雇主必须了解并尊重员工在自由结社和集体谈判方面的权利。

Health and Safety
健康和安全
Employers must provide a safe and healthy working environment to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work or as a result of the operation of employer facilities.
雇主必须为员工提供一个安全和健康的工作环境,避免员工在工作过程中因为厂方设施不完善而直接或间接导致工伤意外的发生。
Employers must comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding health and safety.
雇主必须严格遵守有关健康和安全法律和规定。
