Record Keeping

The employer must have an effective system to ensure that all regular wages, overtime wages, bonuses, allowances and deductions are calculated and reported accurately. These records must include:
厂方必须建立有效的制度,确保所有的正常工资、加班工资,奖金,津贴和扣除均准确计算并报告,包括:
1.Days worked in month
每月出勤工作日
2.All regular hours worked
所有正常工作小时
3.All overtime hours worked – split into weekday, rest day and holiday overtime
所有的加班小时—要求分列成平时工作日、休息日和假期加班
4.Basic rates – regular hours and overtime
基本正常工资率和加班工资率
5.Payment for regular hours worked
正常工资总额
6.Payment for overtime worked – split into appropriate rates, i.e. 150%, 200% and 300%

7.All additional bonus and/or allowance – shown individually
每项额外的薪酬,如奖金和津贴—逐一列出
8.All deducted items – shown individually

Employers will not use multiple or hidden payroll records in order to hide overtime, to falsely demonstrate wages or for any other fraudulent reason.
厂方不得使用多重记帐方式或隐藏工资记录以隐瞒加班时间、误报工资和进行其他欺骗性的行为。
Employee Information

The employer must provide each worker, verbally and in writing, details of their payment system, overtime rates, incentive and/or bonus schemes, allowances and deductions.
厂方必须以口头和书面形式告知员工工资制度的细节、加班费率、奖金和红利、津贴和扣除项目。
For each pay period workers must receive an understandable, individualized pay slip showing:

Workers have a right to use or not to use employer provided services, e.g. meals, housing and they should not be charged for services they choose not to use.

Deductions for services to employees, e.g. meals and housing will not exceed the cost of the service to the employer.
