Self-assessment自我评估
 Supplier should work with processing unit on a self-assessment report. 供应商和加工厂一起完成自我评估报告。
 The self-assessment should cover following basic requirements： 自我评估报告需包含以下内容：
 -- Child labor童工
 -- Fake document 虚假文件
 -- Force labor/ Discrimination/Pregnant workers强迫劳动/歧视/怀孕女工
 -- Minimum Wage最低工资保障
 -- Time management 考勤系统
● The self-assessment should cover following basic requirements： 自我评估报告需包含以下内容：
 -- Basic Safety Requirement (including workshop/dormitory) 基本消防安全（包括车间/宿舍）
 -- Chemical Management (restricted substance, msds, label, storage) 化学品的管理（限制物质，物质安全资料表，标签，储存）
 -- Waste water treatment 废水处理
● Describe present status 描述现状
● Clarify how you verify the situation for each requirement, including  阐述你如何查证每个要求，包括
 -- What method you have used 你所用的方法
 -- Explanation on the current routine to secure the related violations would not be happen 解释工厂为了避免相关不符合点的发生而所用到的流程
 -- What is the current policy in the factory to prevent the violation工厂有何政策预防不符合点的发生
