2.2 Trim Inspection

ASICS recommend conducting inspection all labels, heat transfer logo, snaps, buttons, zippers, Velcro, tapes elastics, packing materials etc…

We recommend inspecting according to AQL 1.5 Normal or Tightened sampling should be used to determine acceptance.

This sample must cover all colors, shades and sizes and any other variation received.

If a consignment is less than 500 pieces, carrying out 100% inspection is preferable Trim inspection should be carried out for the following points:

Shade, color, size, design, layout, wording, where appropriate, Material Code, Graphics, against the approved trim card.

General quality consistency.

Received quantity against packing list and ordered quantity.

All non-confirming goods to be segregated marked clearly and stored separately to avoid issuing to the production.

Failed lot need to be inspected 100%.

Trim card should be approved by ASICS.

Heat transfer inspection

When factory receipt heat transfer, manufacture should test on bulk fabric prior to starting production. Testing method is:

1. Stretching in horizontal and vertical directions and examined immediately to ensure proper adhesion and that the heat transfer is not peeling off.

2. Washing test (please refer to testing manual)
