Employment Practices 雇佣方针
Subcontracting 外包
Coach will not knowingly use suppliers who fail to comply with the subcontractor policy.
Coach 不会故意任用违反分包商管理政策的供应商。
Service Provider must establish written policy on subcontractor management.
供应商必须建立书面之分包商管理政策。
Unauthorized subcontracting or outsourcing is prohibited.
严禁非授权 (工序,成品) 分包或外包。
Use of home worker is prohibited.
严禁使用家庭劳工。
Working Hours 工时
Coach will not knowingly use suppliers who fail to comply with the legal maximum working hours as specified by each country's standards and laws.
Coach 不会故意任用在法定最高工时方面违反所在国家所定标准及法律的供应商。
Regular Work Hours 正常工作时间
Service Provider must establish a written policy on working hours.
供应商必须建立书面之工作时间政策。
Service Provider must comply with local regulations for regular work hours.
供应商必须依从地方法规订立正常工作小时。
Standard regular work hours are 8 hours per day, standard workdays are 21.75 days per month. (applicable to China).
标准工时是每天 8 个小时,标准工作日是平均每月 21.75 天 (适用于中国) 。
Overtime 加班加点
All employees must be informed of the policy of voluntary overtime at the time of hiring.
所有员工在聘用之时,必须给予说明自愿性加班加点的政策。
In the case that the hours of work may exceed 72 per week due to any unexpected events, the Service Provider must obtain an approval from the Coach Compliance Department at least a week in advance.
由于特殊事件 / 情况,每周总工时也许会超出 72 小时,供应商必须提前一个星期向 Coach 社会责任部门提出申请并获得同意。
Rest Day 休假
Every employee should receive at least one day off each week.
每名员工每星期至少应享用一休息日。
If employees are required to work on a Rest Day due to unexpected events, the Service Providers must inform all the employees in advance. Each employee must sign an agreement stating that he/she understands that overtime is voluntary.
倘若因特殊需要,员工被安排休息日工作,供应商必须事先咨询所有员工,各员工必须签署协议说明加班加点是自愿性的。
Alternative rest days must be given to the employees within the same pay period. Employees shall be informed of the date of the alternative rest day within a week. In the case that the Service Provider is not able to arrange the alternative rest day for the employees, the overtime premium shall be paid as stipulated by the Labor Law. Alternative rest days must not be arranged for a single employee and should at least for a group or section.
员工必须在同一工资期内获得补休或调休。补休或调休的日期应在一个星期之内通知员工。倘若不能安排员工补休或调休,供应商必须按照法规给予员工加班费。调休需要至少以部门或组别进行,不可以个别员工为单位调休。
Work Hours Records 工时记录
Service Provider must provide a well-maintained mechanical or electronic time-keeping system for employees to record their work hours. Manual time records are not acceptable.
供应商必须提供一个良好工时记录系统用以记录员工的工作时间。不接受手工考勤记录。
All work hours, including regular and overtime hours, must be recorded on the same card/record.
所有工作时间,包括正常工时和加班时间,必须被记录在同一套工时纪录。
All work hour records should be retained on the Service Provider premises for a minimum of two years.
供应商必须保存最少二年的工时纪录。
Wages 工资
Coach will only do business with suppliers who pay employees at least the minimum wage required by local law whichever is higher, and who provide all legally mandated benefits. Trainings must be paid, at a minimum the legally required wage and maintained as trainees not longer than the legally presented period. Employees shall be compensated for overtime hours at the rate established by law in the country of manufacture or, in those countries where such laws do not exist, at a rate at least equal to their regular hourly compensation rate.
Coach 只会任用按照当地法律规定支付最低工资及法定福利的供应商。受培训的员工应给支付不少于当地法定的工资,以及不可以制定超过法定的培训期。供应商必须向进行加班的员工支付当地法定的加班费。若供应商所在国家不存在该法律,供应商也须按照相当于正常时薪给员工支付加班费。
Basic Wage 基本工资
Service Provider must establish a written policy on compensation including wages and legal benefits.
供应商必须建立书面之报酬政策,包含工资及法定福利。
Basic wage should be at or above local minimum wage.
基本工资应该设在当地最低工资或之上。
Employees should not receive wages that are below the locally mandated minimum wage at training or probationary period.
在培训或试用期间,员工不应该获得少于当地的最低工资。
Employee's wage must not be reduced due to disciplinary infractions.
员工工资不容许作任何纪律处分扣款。
No employees should be required to pay for tools to perform their job functions.
雇员不应该被要求支付任何执行作业功能的工具。
No employee should be required to pay for uniform charges.
雇员不应该被要求支付厂服费用。
Service Provider must also ensure that wages are paid in a timely manner in accordance with the local labor law.
供应商必须按劳动法规定,保证准时发放工资。
Wage shall be calculated based on the actual work hours indicated on the work hour record of each employee.
工资应根据显示在员工工时纪录上的实际工时来做计算。
Service Provider will be responsible for back payments if the employees have not received their justified compensation wage in accordance with the laws and regulations. The back payment period will be dated back to the time of miscalculation or back to January 1 of each year, whichever is shorter.
倘若员工未获得与法律和法规符合的应得工资,供应商将负上被追讨拖欠工资的全责。追讨工资期将设于从工资错误计算期开始或回到每年的 1 月 1 日,以较短的期限为准。
