Coach believes in doing business with those suppliers who have demonstrated concern for and commitment to the health and safety of their employees. Additionally, this same guideline applies to those suppliers who provide housing to employees.

Emergency Plan 应急计划
Service Provider must establish a written policy on Health and Safety.
供应商必须建立书面之健康安全政策。
Service Provider must have an emergency plan in writing, all employees must be trained on emergency evacuation in case of fire or any other emergency situation.
供应商必须有一书面应急措施，所有员工必须有火灾逃生训练或其它紧急逃生培训。
Service Provider must provide evacuation/safety training to all employees at least twice a year once every six months.
供应商必须提供予所有员工每年至少两次（每六个月一次）的紧急逃生 / 安全训练。
Service Provider must post the contact numbers of the management in different areas in case of emergencies and/or accident.
供应商必须在不同的区域张贴管理人员的联络电话以便在紧急情况或事故下联络有关人员。
Emergency plan should also include of "WHO DOES WHAT" in case of the emergency.
紧急应变计划应说明在紧急状态下 “那个岗位人员负责做那事项”。
Emergency Exits / Evacuation Plot Plan 安全出口 / 逃生图
Each production floor must have at least 2 unlocked emergency exits.
各个生产车间必须有至少 2 个没有上锁的紧急出口。
All emergency exits must have exit signs.
所有紧急出口必须有出口标志。
The exit signs shall be visible at all times.
出口标志应清晰可见的。
Emergency lights shall be installed at each exit and all stairways.
各出口和所有楼梯都必需安装应急灯。
Emergency lights shall be inspected monthly.
应急灯应每月检查。
Emergency lights shall last for at least 90 minutes.

Evacuation plot plans include the escape route shall be posted at each exit.

Fire alarm System should be audible throughout the entire faclity.
警报系统的声音应该覆盖整个厂区。
Fire alarm should have a distinct sound from other notice systems, if any.
火警警报铃声应该跟其它响铃系统之声音有明显分别。
Visible fire alarm (e.g. flashing light) should be installed in all production areas that require employees to wear hearing protection.
视觉消防警铃（如闪灯）应该配备于员工使用听力保护用品之区域。
Hammer should be available next to the fire alarm button if activation requires one to break the glass.
如消防警铃需要锤子击碎玻璃启动，供应商需在警铃旁提供锤子。
Fire alarm should be tested at least twice a year in coordination with the fire drills.

All employees shall participate in the fire drills at least twice a year, if factory has high turnover rate (more than 300 employees in a quarter), fire drills shall be conducted quarterly.

Machines shall be equipped with necessary safety devices and guards.

Qualified electrician and safety officers shall be hired to handle the special equipment, machines, and tasks which require permits, such as elevators and electrical wiring.
聘用合格的电工和安全主任来处理特种设备，机器，并且执行需要许可证的任务譬如电梯和电线网络。
All equipment like scissors or cutters must be secured at the workstation.
所有工具例如剪刀或者刀具必须安全放置在工位上。
Explosive proof electrical device should be available at warehouses.
