Membership of Legal Organizations
合法组织的会员身份
The Employer must not interfere with workers ability to exercise their right to associate or join legal organizations of their own choosing.
工人合法行使自由加入工会组织的权利不得受到厂方的任何干涉。
Employers must not threaten, discipline, punish or fire workers because they have exercised their right to associate with or join a legal organization.
厂方不得因工人合法行使自由加入工会或其他合法团体的权利而威胁、处分、惩罚、或解雇员工。

Grievance Procedures
反映问题的程序
Employers should establish an effective Grievance Procedure in order to bring work-related issues and grievances to management’s attention.
厂方应当建立有效的反映问题的程序,以便工人可以向经理部门反映工作中的问题和不满。

Provide the protection of a worker's privacy when required
保护工人的隐私
Allow the worker to report a grievance to someone other than their direct supervisor
允许工人向直接领班以外的人反映问题
Protect the worker against possible retribution
保护工人不受报复
Provide for management follow-up
提供厂方的跟踪处理
The Grievance Procedure should be set out clearly in the Personnel Policy and a copy given to each employee.
反映问题的程序必须包括在工厂人事政策中,并向工人提供副本。

NON-HARASSMENT

Unacceptable Behavior
不可接受的行为
Employers must not use physical discipline, or threats of physical discipline, such as slaps, punches or other forms of physical contact.
厂方不得使用体罚,或威胁使用体罚。这包括拍击、拳击或其他形式的身体接触。
Employers will prohibit screaming, threatening or demeaning verbal language.
厂方不得使用高声训斥、威胁或贬辱身份的口头语言。
Employers must forbid unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature.
厂方必须禁止不受欢迎的性提示、性要求或其他口头的或身体上的性的接触。

Factory Policy

The Employer should have a written policy, set out in the Personnel Policy Manual, specifying the behaviors that are forbidden.
厂方的书面人事政策中必须明确指出被禁止的行为
There should be a standard reporting procedure for cases of harassment; this could be included in the Grievance Procedure.
厂方关于反映问题的程序的政策中必须包括统一的反映骚扰问题的规定。
Workers should
工人必须能够:
Be able to report complaints to someone other than their direct supervisor.
向直接领班以外的人士投诉骚扰方面的问题。
Be assured of confidentiality.
在厂方为他们保密的情况下反映问题。
The employer should discipline anyone who engages in any physical, sexual, psychological, verbal harassment or abuse.
工厂管理当局必须对犯有歧视以及身体的、性的、心理的和口头的骚扰行为的人进行纪律性处理。
The disciplinary procedure should state clearly which actions would result in immediate dismissal.
纪律条款必须明确说明何种行为会导致立即解雇。
